I uploaded some stuff on there and got cherry picked too. It was like the same day I loaded it up and I thought it was an automatic thing that they did for everyone! Perhaps it wasn't!!!
Nope, not automatically. It's done if the editors like your work (supposedly - there may be other rules in play too, I don't know).
Hmm... perhaps I should have sent them a polite "thank you" email back then! Just ignored it thinking it was spam
